I have been involved in music and worship for most of my life in many different capacities. Growing up I was on the worship team at my church playing bass and guitar regularly. In high school I was a part of the orchestra, jazz band, and chapel leadership team. In college I was a part of a few different groups who traveled around leading worship for youth camps in the mid-west. I also had a few internship opportunities at local churches. After I graduated from a small Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI with a Music and Worship Degree I took my first full time worship ministry job at a church in Chicago. I am currently working in full time music and worship ministry at Visalia Christian Reformed Church. I like playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and banjo the most, but also have a lot of fun playing piano, bass, and drums. I’m excited about the opportunity I’ve been given to teach and raise up the next generation of worship leaders at Fusion. I hope I’ll be able to help my students come to love music through our time together. Above all I hope to help them love using their music to give glory to God and lift up the name of Jesus.
